Anti-Kleptocracy Legislation
Why has Congress not passed these bipartisan bills? Where is NBC's Chuck Todd?
The PANA Act (S.1417 & H.R. 6539), the Justice for Victims of Kleptocracy Act (S.2010 & H.R. 3781), the CROOK Act (S.158 & H.R. 402), and the ENABLERS Act (H.R. 5525). None has yet passed. All would differentiate the U.S. support of the rule of law versus Russia and China’s support of corruption and anarchy. Where is NBC’s Chuck Todd?
